Situated on Chaika Beach, mid-way between Varna and Balchik (Varna centre 8 miles / 13km), and a mile south of Golden Sands. The beach has received the top BLUE FLAG rating for the 2008 season!

Open the curtains and see the sea! Open the window and hear the waves breaking on the shore! Step onto the balcony and fill your lungs with that evocative aroma of the natural salty, sandy scent of the real seaside! Cross the little roadway outside the building, and there you are on clean, soft, golden sand! The beach is about 1.5km in length, 40 to 50 metres broad, and has a gentle slope.
The sea is clear, less salty than the Mediterranean, and non-tidal. Lifeguards are in attendance through the holiday season. This beach is still relatively undiscovered by tourists, though in high summer and on sunny weekends Bulgarians turn out in force. Water sports are available for the more energetic, but you may prefer to just stretch out, watch others enjoying a spot of volleyball, boating, or water-skiing, and then cool off with a dip

APARTMENT CARE AND SERVICING
Our apartment is professionally serviced by an English-speaking Managing Agent in Varna, who will organise the cleaning and preparation of the apartment prior to your arrival, will meet you at Varna airport, drive you to the apartment and settle you in. You will be able to contact him by telephone during normal office hours, as well as 7 days a week in the event of an emergency. He will be happy to help you enjoy your stay in any way he can.
The apartment's own bed-linen and towels will be freshly laundered and changed each week (or if you prefer, just at the start of your occupancy).
We do appreciate your co-operation with day-to-day cleaning and tidying, and considerate use of the facilities. Breakages and damage will usually be deducted from your deposit unless they are of a minor nature.
The apartment will be especially suitable for anyone who suffers from allergies, as neither smoking nor pets are allowed. This also helps us to maintain a high standard of freshness and hygiene.

Airport transfers are offered at a special price of 15 leva (approx 5 GB Pounds) each way, in the Manager's shiny new people carrier. This is below the cost of hiring a taxi.
