This is a large apartment and will comfortably sleep 5 or 6 people in its 2 double bedrooms and convertible sofa-bed. Everything you would need for a relaxing self-catering break away from home is provided, there is even an iron and ironing board, if you happen to enjoy this strange pastime!! Lots of CDs and DVDs if you are unlucky enough to catch a bad weather day - or maybe you just fancy a night in...
The apartment is available to rent from 1 June through to and including 13 October.
These prices are probably the best value in the St Vlas area for a 2-bed apartment. The months of June, September and October although classed as the "low" season, have all of the local facilities open and the temperature is invariably in the high twenties to mid thirties. In the months of July and August these temperatures are normal but can be higher. Longer term rentals may be available during the off-season, details on application.

One of 64 apartments in the small complex called the Residence Chateau Nessebar. RCN is situated on a gentle slope in the outskirts of the village of Sveti Vlas on the Black Sea coast, about a ten minute walk from the centre of the village. The complex is second line from the sea and about 100 metres from the beach and yachting Marina. The Marina has a hotel, a couple of restaurants, a cafe/bar and a number of shops. Many of the other complexes nearby have good value restaurants.
St Vlas is a small coastal village of approximately 3000 inhabitants and is situated just 5 kilometres north of Sunny Beach, 9 kilometres from Nessebar and about 35 kilometres from Bourgas airport which is about a 30 minute journey by car
This 2-bed apartment is on the second floor and has stair and lift access to all floors. It occupies an area of 100 square metres and consists of an inner hallway and bathroom a large lounge which includes the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is completely fitted out with sink, 2-ring electric hob, full oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, etc. and everything else you'd need
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower, toilet and wash-basin. Twin beds in the second bedroom next door to the main bathroom also has a shower, toilet and wash-basin. The sofa in the lounge can be opened up to provide extra sleeping place for 2. Both bedrooms have plenty of clothes storage.
Fully air-conditioned with units in the lounge and both bedrooms; they are "reverse" units which means they provide air cooling in the summer and warm air heating on colder days
Access to the balcony from the lounge and the master bedroom provides views to the South and West over the pool below and the nearby Marina.
