We are just 1 hour from the Turkish border, a little over 1 hour from the beach at Bourgas and the airport.
We have mountain bikes for hire at 10 bgn per day per bike or 50 bgn per week per bike.
Transport
There are regular buses to Yambol and other towns and villages, or taxis, but we recommend you hire a car locally, which we can help you with.
We can arrange your collection from Bourgas, Varna, Sofia and Plovdiv airport if required (please ask for details)
Just 5 minutes from Yambol, is a national archaeological reserve and a nature preserved Thracian site known as Kabile where there are ruins and a superb museum

Our Ground Floor apartment consists of
one double bedroom with bedside cabinets and lamps
a fitted kitchen with all utensils, dual fuel oven, microwave, fridge, small dining table and chairs
a spacious lounge with sofa including a double sofa bed (not suitable for long term use) a woodburner, with tv and dvd player
bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet
there are radiators in the kitchen and bedroom, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom
hallway with cupboards and dressing table
Outside area
there is a small covered area and a large patio for use with this apartment

bathroom with large shower area, sink and toilet
there are 2 aircon units providing heat and air conditioning at either end of the apartment
Outside area
there is a covered balcony and sun terrace available to this apartment
there are steps to this apartment so may not be suitable for some people
Our First Floor apartment consists of
one double bedroom with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table and lamps
a fitted kitchen with all utensils, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small dining table and chairs in the hall

Both these apartments come with bed linen and kitchen towels, hand towels are not provided unless agreed beforehand
We do welcome people with pets and children, however please advise beforehand
These apartmentts are both non smoking, but smoking is allowed in the games room though not over the pool table
The pool is 2.2 m deep without a shallow end, so not suitable for small children, all children must be supervised at all times
The apartments are WIFI enabled
Welcome pack will be provided, with some basic items such as sugar, tea, coffee, bread, jam, cereal and milk.
Long lets are a minimum of 8 weeks paid in advance, plus a *damages deposit
Electricity and logs are included in the price for short term lets
Electricity is charged extra on arrival during long lets of £30 per 4 weeks
*A damage deposit of £250 is due on arrival for long lets, this is returned to you within 4 weeks of you leaving the apartment, after all checks are made to the apartment.
Deductions from the damages deposit will be made if there are any breakages, obvious signs of deliberate damage, the apartment not being left in the condition it was when you first entered it. Nothing will be deducted for general wear and tear
Please be aware that this villa is in a quiet rural neighbourhood with elderly people who may go to bed early
The water and electricity supplies to the village occasionally have interupptions, this is entirely beyond our control and we hope it will not spoil your enjoyment of our village
