The Bulgarian coast is washed by the Black Sea has 380 km marvellous stretch of beaches, calm and safe sea .Average air temperature in the summer is about 28°C, water temperature 25°C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August.
A nice little village situated in a sheltered bay, Kranevo is 25 km north of the city of Varna. It lies just beyond the northern end of Golden Sands and at the southern part of a long beach, which extends towards the luxurious resort of Albena to the north. The vast beach, clean sea, gently sloping sea bottom and healing mineral water have propelled the swift growth of the village into a competitive tourist destination.
A beach walk is highly recommended to Albena under the shade of the protected National forest which is on either side of Kranevo. The picturesque town of Balchik is 20minutes away to the North.
There is a wide choice of restuarants within walking distance in the village. Several small supermarkets are in the village and most items you will need can be easily obtained.
The beaches are endless and there are several points to find seclusion a small distance from the apartment. The beaches of Balchik, Albena and Golden Sands are a short bus ride away.
Varna is the main city near by , with a host of things to do and see. Shopping is very cheap , look out for shoe street !!
The sea gardens include a planetarum , dolphinarum , kids fun fair, navel museum to mention a few.

History: Kranevo has succeeded an ancient Roman stronghold, known as 'Ekrene' or the harbour 'Kraneia'. Traces of the Roman fortress, which was exploited during the Middle Ages as well, have been found on the southern plateaus above the village.
Places of Interest: Relatively close to Kranevo is the famous Aladzha rock monastery. On the opposite direction are located the town of Balchik with its beautiful palace and Botanic Garden.
Catering: At disposal of the guests are numerous private rooms, small hotels, cozy cafes, nigth clubs, fast food restaurants, disco clubs and the prices are more than reasonable.
Transport: The main coastal road passes through the eastern outskirts of Kranevo. One can well rely on the regular Varna-Albena and Varna-Balchik bus lines, which also stop by in the village of Kranevo.

On the day of your arrival, the property will be available from 16:00hrs. If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance as we may be able to accommodate you before. You are requested on the day you are due to fly home to vacate the property at 10 am. Late checkout can be arranged if available.
Transfers:
You will be met by our property manager who will provide you with a map and keys. A taxi transfer and hire car firms are available by prior request. We would recommend that you arrange this 4 weeks before you departure.
Flight numbers and identity of the guests:
Clients should inform us of the flight numbers (arrival and departure) of guests, also how many people are in the party, and the full names of each guest arriving. The number of people occupying the property must not exceed 6, unless we have provided you with written concent.

On reservation we do ask for a 25% deposit (non refundable, however, dates maybe changed if available) in order to reserve a property.
The remaining 75% of the rental price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
We require a cash damage deposit of £75 (or the equivalent in euros, BG lev) upon 1 week prior to departure. This deposit will be fully refunded after inspection of the undamaged property by our property manager and will be sent by direct bank transfer.
Cancellation:
If you do decide to cancel your reservation, we ask you to inform us at least one month before the date of arrival.
